On-Site Appointment Deposits
A $20.00 Deposit is Required to Hold an Appointment Date & Time.  Payments can be made by Cash, Money Order.

Mobile Appointment Deposits
A $50.00 Deposit is Required to Hold a Mobile Appointment Date & Time.  Payments can be made by Cash, Money Order.

Payments for service
Payments can be made via Cash, Money Orders  . No personal checks are accepted.  Credit card payments must be paid the day before your appointment.  Cash or money order payments can be paid on the appointment day.  

In Home Treatments
Client is responsible for providing a clear space so that we can set up for requested SPA Treatments. Client is required to be freshly groomed and in appropriate attire. Sheet draping will provide adequate coverage for client.  Therapist will only expose the body part receiving treatment. The Client is also required to pay the balance for services requested upon therapist arrival, or balance can be pre-paid before appointment day.

Tips Are Welcomed
Gratuities/Tips are not included in our service fees. Please Tip your Therapist for  Jobs well done.  Tips average 15-20% of Service Fee.

No refunds for Client Appointment Cancellations without 24 hour notice. If cancellation is made within the 24 hour time requirement the deposit will hold the re-scheduled date. Only one re-scheduled appointment per deposit.

Cancellation Policy 
A 48 hour notification is required when canceling an appointment, or deposit is not refunded, nor can be used to reschedule. Those who do not comply, will have to pre-pay 100% for future visits. 

Party Cancellations- Because of Administrative cost associated with arranging your Party the setup fee of $75.00 will not be refunded for Party cancellations.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to our scheduling requirements and clients service preparation process there is NO REFUNDS for: Spa Party Deposits, Appointment Deposits. 

Spa Party Host Gift Card
As a Host you will be given a Gift Card for $100.00 in services.  This Gift Card must be redeemed within 14 days after your party date.  No exceptions will be made past the 14th day.

Spa Party Host 
As the Host you will be responsible to collect the fee before or upon guest arrival. A minimum guest fee is payable on the day of the SPA Party as contracted. All fees must be paid in full before the Host Gift Card will be honored. Guests are required to meet the guest fee minimum and have two (2) Spa Treatments to be considered as a Combo Package.  Additional services may be offered at a discounted rate after minimum is met and combo package is purchased.

Children Policy
To ensure a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere we suggest that children remain away from treatment areas and equipment. 

Right to Refuse Service
Should any client show signs of having contraindications for massage, such as intoxication, or exhibits inappropriate behavior, the Therapist reserves the right to Refuse Service and Terminate the Session, without refund to client.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. The official prices are those posted to the internet at www.thetouchofcomfort.com
